Well, it’s Easter Sunday. I don’t believe in God, so theres no egg hunt, no easter dinner. Just chocolate bunnies being shoveled into my mouth like it’s a punishment.
I woke up this morning feeling pretty okay, other than the pain in my arm. I started to do my nails, but I can only sit long enough to finish building one full nail at a time. (Beauty school drop out, here.) Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing. The 3 nails that I’ve done so far are in pretty good shape, no pun intended. Just 7 more fingers. About 4 more hours and I should have a full set! If i could sit long enough it would be about 2 hours, but this shoulder and elbow pain is kicking my ass. I still don’t even know what to paint them when I’m done. Maybe camo? One accent nail mattified. Maybe all black nails, one camo nail on each hand, the camo is matte. We’ll see when the time comes.
I fed the chickens and had my coffee, and now I’m just waiting for everyone to wake up.
Dad’s dog, Leah, keeps barking at nothing. She barks when someone goes upstairs, or when someone makes a noise downstairs. If it’s a noise, she will make you aware that she heard it. Super annoying.
Since Chris and Dad are still sleeping, I am just going to blog, and do my nails. I wish I could tolerate this pain better. I would love to sit down and crank out a full set of nails before the day is over.
